Integrating Confluence with Servicenow

ojaswi panse July 9, 2024

Hi All,

I was thinking of a way if Confluence can be integrated with Servicenow just like Confluence is integrated with Jira. Can anyone please help me out and let me know if this could be possible also with that if anyone can tell if there are any benefits of doing that.

Thanks,

Ojaswini

@ojaswi panse you can set up a one-way flow from Confluence to ServiceNow with Unito. If you need a 2-way integration, you can always submit a feature request for the Unito roadmap!

It's possible.  There are a number of Marketplace apps that will integrate the two.  However, most integrate with Jira rather than Confluence.

The benefits depend on your objectives, do you have a business case to integrate them? That would be my first step, identify a need, then look for the solution.  Try not to start with the solution and then look for the need.
