Incorrect language when inserting items into a document

I am seeing the incorrect language on the names of items in the insert list as well as on the fields for how to configure each of those items.

Steps to Recreate

1. Click Insert
2. Type "Child"
3. Results: "Presentación de hijos"
4. Check Side Panel - "Lista los hijos de una página y sus páginas descendientes. Documentation"

The widget is the correct widget, the search works on the English search term. All the text for using it is in another language.

Tried to reproduce this issue but shows up in English for me. Do you have any add-ons related to browser language that maybe affecting this?
