In confluence space. Issue with Macro

In one of our confluence space home page, we generally have a search bar to search for pages or child pages but since morning we do see some code instead of the search bar. In edit mode, i do see that's a macro for the search bar and in the macro preview, i do see the obvious code from space home page.

How to troubleshoot this and other confluence issues like confluence being slow and lazy responsive or/and users unable to save edited pages. We have confluence in a server running 6.2

From the macro text, I can see that the macro you're calling is from RefinedWiki. You'll want to make sure the Refined Theme for Confluence add-on is still installed and enabled.

If for some reason you've decided you don't want to use that plugin anymore, the Live Search macro should also do what you need and it comes with Confluence.
