Importing documents from Notion

David Rogers May 31, 2021

Hi There,

I am looking for a method in which I can import all the files that currently collect dust in Notion into confluence.

I have figured out the limitations of exporting from Notion:
- one folder and children at a time

- Option of MD and CSV

-option of HTML

- Option of PDF

But I cant seem to figure out how to import. I want to also maintain the relationships if possible into a targeted folder.

@David Rogers Welcome to the Atlassian Community

It looks like there is not a great way - https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Questions-for-Confluence/How-can-I-migrate-from-Notion-to-Confluence-data/qaq-p/1546846

You might look at just archiving it via PDF and importing the PDFs into the Confluence.

Check out www.notiontoconfluence.com

We're working on a tool to help migrate an entire wiki from Notion to Confluence:

  • All formatting conserved
  • Images & attachments
  • Links to other pages
  • Page comments & more
