Import Problem from cloud to serveur

Hi,

I can't import backup cloud to server :

Échec de l'importation. Consultez les journaux du serveur pour plus d'informations. com.atlassian.confluence.importexport.ImportExportException: Unable to complete import: Error while importing backup: Unsupported character found in content: 🙂

Bdd Mysql, charset utf8_bin

Can you help me ?

We were able to fix it by using the cleaner as described here https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/incorrect-string-value-error-thrown-when-restoring-xml-backup-in-confluence-777009599.html
