Hello All, I have confluence on server instance and we have created export in  XML/HTML folder of the space (This has multiple files like proerties , attachement etc.)  now I want to import this XML/HTML format of confluence space of server instance on cloud instance. I tried option of "data management" -> "import spaces" on the destination ( cloud instance). I am getting an error. i tried with XML/HTML file both.  What are the options for importing spaces ?

Thanks,

Naziya

Hi @Naziya Parveen

Can you share the error message you get when importing?

If you can't, here is a page with some common errors and how to resolve them.

Hi, I am little confused.

1) HTML export of space has many files like attachements, images, styles and HTML pages ( content)

2) Import expects only single file so which one i should upload first. Do I need to create space/pages in advance.

3) I selected single file ( HTML page content) , I got message uploaded but when I click on import - I got the message 'Import failed"

Thanks,

Naziya
