Images not getting migrated over

My team recently got an enterprise account and migrated all of our confluence pages from our old account into this new one. I noticed a lot of images on existing pages did not get transferred over and displays the broken image icon. 

Shouldn't images automatically transfer over? Is this a bug? Migration seems meaningless if I have to manually copy and paste things over from the old instance.

They should indeed have migrated over.

Can you let me know what you mean by enterprise account and the source and destination Confluence versions?

What process did you use to migrate?
