Hello, I'm a Japanese who is using Jira ITSM on a trial basis with the Free plan.
I thought the customers (who send requests) had unlimited access regardless of their plan,
However, customers who access the help center are automatically granted confluence permissions and are subject to billing.
This is because I, who have agent privileges, are creating "knowledge pages", so will customers who view those automatically be granted Confluence user privileges?
I haven't considered the standard plan yet, so in order to switch ITSM back to the free plan, I stopped some people from having confluence access, and they couldn't access the help center anymore...
