I have upgrade problem

when I upgrade confluence of version from 6.3 to 6.8 , it have a error, discribing 'IllegalStateException: Failed to create directory within 10000 attempts (tried 1723729556725-0 to 1723729556725-9999)',then the page is running

Hi @zhaoxing

This looks like a permission issue.

Check the logs on the server, but it seems that the user that is executing the update has not enough permissions to create directories on the server.

Hi @zhaoxing  - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I am sure you already know this, but getting support for the server version is going to be hard since support for server has ended. You really need to consider moving to the Cloud or upgrading to Data Center.
