I cannot find the space

Hi, I cannot find my space on Confluence.

I was given admin permissions but when I refreshed, I cannot see the space and it is important for me to get back that space please.

Can someone help?

Hello @Prateek Saxena!

Sorry to hear you've lost access to your space. There are three different methods you can use to try and find your space. 

1. See Navigate Spaces (under the heading View spaces in Confluence. Can you confirm with me that each of those methods does not lead you to your space?
2. If not, and if you know your space's key, you can try to access the space directly from the direct URL. For example:

   https://YOUR-SITE.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/KEY

3. If that doesn't work, and you have Confluence administrator permissions, you can go to Manage and Recover Space Permissions. This will help you to recover space admin rights to your space.
4. If you do not have access to the above, I recommend you reach out either to a Confluence administrator or a Site admin. They will be able to help you recover your space.
