Confluence's base URL is set to http://localhost:8090 but you are accessing Confluence from http://localhost:8090undefined.

As per our Configuring Server Base URL, the Server Base URL must be the same as the URL you use to access Confluence.
If the Server Base URL is set incorrectly or is different to the URL used to access Confluence, then such warning is issued. So, as per the warning above, looks like you are trying to access the confluence with http://localhost:8090undefined. Which has a word "undefined" at the end ?
Follow the above article and make sure you are using the same URL which is configured.

I think the server base url is correct, which is the same as what I used to access the Confluence homepage:
Server Base URL: http://localhost:8090
