I can't connect Jira - and bad interface page

Hi gentlemen,

I have Jira Software on Linux Server. It is working good. Its MySQL DB is installed on other Linux Server.

Today, I installed Confluence on the same Jira Server. And created its MySQL DB on the same Jira's MySQL DB server. It means the applications (Jira and Confluence) are in the same server, while all DBs are in other server.

I finished Confluence installation and connected successfully to the DB.

While continuing the wizard, it asked me to manage users by Confluence or to Link with Jira. I choose the second option 'Link with Jira', then I filled all the required fields. But I got the attached error.

I tried many times, but it got the same result.

So, i selected the first option, which is let Confluence manage user, it works but I got bad interface page, as below.

Kindly solve this issue to me. Specially linking Jira users with Confluence.
