Hello, unfortunately I have already tried every possibility, but it always shows that it is not a URL from Atlassian. A similar URL as shown in the example below in the field is not displayed for me. Can someone please explain me exactly what I need to enter there to be able to reach support?

Hey @Sabrina-Pia_Jackwitz ,

If your url is not in the form of something.atlassian.net you might just be on a Server/Datacenter instance (with a local/company owned url)

The somehting.atlassian.net is only with Cloud instances.

So in all likely hood if your url is something.yourcompany.com you are running a Datacenter/server instance and you need to choose the correct option in the support form.
