I am unable to create application link for external application for incoming direction

I am trying to configure an incoming link using application links for ouath 2.0 , i fill all require fields on the page which are  application name , callback URL and permissions , whenever i click on save i get this error ,Screenshot 2024-10-18 180019.png

 

i have filled all the required fields , please guide me with the solution.

Please check the below points else you can raise a ticket with atlassian vendor using the below link.

  • Permissions: Ensure that the user account you’re using has the necessary permissions to create application links and configure authentication.
  • URL Format: Make sure the URL of the external application is correct and accessible from the Confluence server.
  • Proxy Configuration: If your Confluence instance is behind a proxy, ensure that the proxy settings are configured correctly to allow external communication.
