I am trying to have a user view but not edit a child page in a space .

I want the user to view & edit some but only view all.

I have tried to restrict to view only on some but they can still edit

Hi @eva.beshlian ,

you have to restrict the pages to the users who should be able to edit the page. There are two different types of restrictions: view and edit.

Viewing restrictions are inherited to the child pages, editing restrictions not. You have to restrict every single page for editing.

I tried that and it seems that the page that is restricted for edit is still editable, that's why I was wondering if there was something I am missing or a known issue
