Hi @Vijay Simha,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

You will have to contact your admin for Confluence, if you do not know who that is I would start by asking your IT help desk.

You ended up here on the community because of a link on the log in page, but this is a public community mainly made up of Atlassian customers and as such we do not have access to other customers instances.
