I am facing issue when uploading an excel spreadsheet after updating it.

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
After I updated the excel spreadsheet by "edit with excel" at confluence and clicked on Save button to upload the changes, it showed up this error as shown in the attached image.
"We can't upload your file at the moment.
Check your internet connection and try again, or save the file on your computer and upload later."
The same happened with MS Power point file as well.
