Welcome to Atlassian Community! Happy to help.

You can review our list of Confluence Templates, but I don't believe that any of them are truly suited to creating a training plan. My recommendation would be to have a look at the available templating add-ons which are available from Atlassian Marketplace.

You can also create your own template in Confluence. You can review Blueprints and User Created Templates for further details on how to do that.

Hi @Manuel Araica 

You can use a template from izi LMS for Confluence. It's a Confluence add-on that enables to create courses and quizzes in Confluence the same way you create pages and use them for training and onboarding. You will be able to use existing Confluence pages as your course modules.
