Hi,
We are experiencing an issue on some of our Confluence pages where hyperlinks that previously displayed as text now only show the raw URL. The links themselves are not broken—they are still clickable and correctly redirect to the intended pages. However, the intended display text is missing, making it difficult to understand the context of the links. I attached a screenshot to better explain, e.g. '/wiki/spaces/QM/pages/26116097' instead of 'P-DAD-01 Design and development'.
Scope of the Issue:
Workaround:
The only way to solve this issue so far is by manually editing the page and re-entering all the links, which is time-consuming and not ideal.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? Could the legacy editor be causing this behaviour?
Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated, thanks!!
Hi Alicia.
We have the same issue, unfortunately.
[…] time-consuming and not ideal.
Agreed.
We've resorted to reverting to a previous version of the page, then re-creating the current page from that. But that's pretty laborious, obviously.
Did you submit a bug report?
Hi, no, we haven't submitted a bug report yet. And you?

@Alicia Legrand this doesn't deal with why it happened. But it's a way to bulk edit links.
A feature of our app Space Content Manager is to bulk edit links from display URL or to display inline, see link editor tab.
