How to track the update from a particular section(panel) in the page in Confluence?

I am creating a table that contains different spaces under which different pages have sections(panels) and I would like to track the updates in a particular section. Is it possible to use any built-in macro or how would I be able to do that?

@Himanshi Sharma it sounds like the Recently Updated or Recently Updated Dashboard macros will work. It will let you limit the # of updates that appear in each section of the table, and reference different spaces per section.
