You can look into the documentation of using this plugin. Its fairly easy. Once you install it, it will appear on the tools menu of each confluence page.

If you are using Confluence Cloud,  Page View Analytics for Confluence allows you track page views & get analytics report.

If you are using Confluence Server, ViewTracker is very nice and you might also setup Google Analytics.

The Archiving Plugin tracks page views, and allows you to get automatic reports on not-viewed pages (see below) or even archiving those to auto-remove the clutter from your spaces.
