How to stop "Attachments" macro adding date and image ID by the end of image name?

I added an image "MyImage.png" to confluence page, but its name appears as "MyImage-20230922-091200.png" in the "Attachments" macro. How to fix this?

How are you adding the attachments to the page - is it via direct upload or API? If it is being done via API there may be some data being appended to the file name.
