How to send a Get-Request to get Json from URL on Confluence Cloud?

I try it with the Macro Html-Comment, but if i save the Page, the Macro shows noting. I try with basic html, javascript, css, php noting work.

Is it not possible to do a Request from the Cloud to an other Webserver?
