Confluence doesn't provide this option by default, but you can try the Handy Macros app that includes the Handy Reminder macro. This macro is available for Data Center for now.

Sending reminders is one of the core functions of the Better Content Archiving app, which supports both Cloud and Data Center.
It can notify users periodically in every N days (customizable) or based on a specific "reminder date" (customizable per page and even for a page tree) by sending an email (customizable) to the selected recipients (customizable). The default email looks like this:
