How to remove page title from the decisions report?

We are using decisions to document smaller elements of bigger features.

We create decisions throughout the page and build the decisions report at the top to have the quick overview.

The `Page title` column only takes space and does not help here. Is there a way to remove it?

If your company uses our Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app (it's a paid add-on that you can install from the Atlassian Marketplace), we can suggest hiding the unwanted column via the Table Filter macro. 

Wrap your Decision Report macro in the Table Filter macro and follow these simple steps:

Maybe you can show screens of you report? 

If you are talking about "Task report macro" in Confluence, you can configure columns to display (location) - Insert the task report macro .
