How to remove Confluence and Jira integration

How can I removed this integration?
Or update the integration url?

 

I migrated my Confluence and Jira from one server to another and changed the ports of the service, now I can't login because I had the integration active.

I have to either remove or update the url to match the new service port, how can I do this without logging in on confluence?

Solved... The only why I found was actually reverting to the old ports, logging in, changing it to the jira proxied, and then reapplied the new ports.
