How to redirect to different page based on groups

Hello everyone,

is there a simple way to redirect user to a new page, if he is a part of particular group?

I can get together a Script used in HTML Macro or an User Macro, which will automatically redirect from one Confluence page to another, but I do not know how to access the users groups and make a condition based on it.

Of course, there are similarly posed question in the community, but they are outdated, not working or not precise enough to implement in my eyes.

I am aware of the Redirect for Confluence Add-on, but I am looking for the easiest yet free solution possible for Confluence Server and Data Center. Either via Script in HTML, User Macro or Space Layout would be preferred.

Could anybody help me please?
