How to recover unpublished data Edited

Hi,

I have created a page and started editing that. Frequently auto save pop up use to come so I did not published my changes thought it is getting saved automatically. Suddenly the page which I was editing became white and after some time I refreshed the page. When page recovered I did not find my unpublished data. 

 

Is there any way to recover my unpublished data now?
