How to raise a request for create a space ?

I wanted to create a space in Confluence for my team. Need url for to perform the below step 

To set up a new global space, you require the 'Create Space' permission. 'Create Space' is one of the global permissions that can be assigned by a Confluence administrator. See Security or contact a Confluence administrator for more information.

In order to create a space you need the permission point for that. If you do not have that ability you will need to contact your Confluence administrator to either be granted the permission or have the space created.
