How to prevent Confluence from creating space shortcuts for (e.g.) problemsolving articles?

Hi folks,

Confluence keeps creating the space links for problemsolving articles and the like.

For me that messes up my sidebar, as we have a clean structure in the space and don't really need those links.

I can manually delete them, but adding another article in the category recreates them.

Is there a way to turn that off?

Thanks in advance, take care,

Alex

One thing you could try instead of deleting is moving the page to the root level of the space (on the same level as the home page). If you do this, the page will no longer be visible, and yet Confluence will still see that the page exists and won't try to create a new one.

Great idea!

Thanks, this works like a charm.
