  How to modify the text description in the pop-up window of dragging and uploading attachments?

  for example：

  I failed to upload a file using drag and drop.

  confluence error：The server is not responding. Please check that it is running.

  How can I change this description.

@曾泽林 welcome to the Atlassian community 

There is no where in the application that you can make the edit and change the error.  My guess is that if you knew the jar file that contained the code you could make the edit on server. I would not recommend this as you would have to constantly update it and you would be modifying the application.
