How to make color titles to the section

Thanks for kind help, I am able to create section, in section I did some expand macros to do exercise it is 4 level expand, but I could not add any color to the section title I want to give section a title with Background color and want to change color when I click on it it expands as I wanted only thing I need to add title and color. Do I need to do in Div or in Table to add these colors, I have the global style sheet/CSS but in the macro properties does not show where do I need to add Please guide
