How to make a filter for issues where the explanation field hasn't been filled in?

Hello. 

I have a question about a filter.

I want to use the filter function to narrow down issues for which the description field is not filled in. 

If this needs JLQ, I also want you to show the language too.

You can filter it like - 

Project ="your project" and description is not empty
