Hello! Is it possible to create a Table of Contents with expandable sections under certain headings? We would like to display (by default) only the first two levels of the TOC, but with interactivity built in to Heading 2 so you can click and show all the level 3 headings underneath it. Currently our TOCs are very long, and we need some alternatives for making them more usable. Thank you!
@Veronica Burton the table of contents macro is expanded https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/table-of-contents-macro-182682099.html
Page tree macro allows for expansion https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/insert-the-page-tree-macro/
I'm looking for the same thing as Veronica, and I don't see anything helpful in your answer.
There is nothing in the parameters of a TOC macro that allows items in the list to be expandable/collapsible.
The page tree is exactly the UI I'm looking for, but its content is child pages of the current page, not the content on the page.
There's even an open issue in JIRA to add this functionality: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-41809
