Hi,
I need to create a table, with columns that consist of Handy Macro Status and Instructional Text. When adding new row to the table, the new row will be populated with the preset Handy status and instruction text:
Example below, when user add a new row (2nd row), the new row will appear with pre-populated Team, Status and Instruction text where the user can select appropriate status from the drop down and fill in the comment.
I was trying to look into the options from Table Transformer Macro and tutorials, but couldn't find anything that answer to my needs.
Thanks!
Hi @Sayed Bares [ServiceRocket] , sorry for the late response. We have multiple teams working on the same document in confluence, we would like to have a more control input for the columns in a table, i.e. everyone reporting the same set of status by selecting the options through handy macro.
For example, as a user, when I add a new row in an existing table, the columns of new row will already be populated the list of option (Handy Macro) for me to select the correct status, instead of me typing in manually. When next user add a new row in the same table, the columns of the new row will be populated with the list and the user can select the options through Handy Macro and so on...
Hope this explain the use case?

@Tze-Hui Lim welcome to the community!
Can you elaborate further on your use case? would you like to add a comment based on Team and Status value?
