There's no officially supported functionality for this. However, I am aware of an app called Flashlight that allows you to add additional search functionality to Spotlight. It appears that there has been a Confluence plugin created for this app: Flashlight Confluence Plugin.
I haven't personally used this app, so I can't say for sure how well it works, but it's worth a try.
