How to include importance in macros to render Jira issue links
Our Jira issue links in Confluence show the Jira issue ID, Description and Status. Is there a way to include the importance as well - in either the link view or smart card view?

Yes please take a look at my screenshot, at the Botton there is "Display Options" then you can add priority
