I am building a dashboard with the "page property report" macro, to manage my Knowledge Base :

Dashboard confluence.PNG

The problem is I can't bring up automatically the information : I have to enter each information by hand in each article with the macro Page Property.

Do you know how I can automate this feedbacks? In particular to display labels, dates of last modifications etc

Maybe it is with the filter or something like that ?

Thank you !

Hi @Pourplanche ,

We can suggest using our app - Table Filter and Charts for Confluence.

You'll be able to filter you Page Properties Report on the fly, aggregate your data and visualize it. Please check here for an example

And you may also read one of our recent blog posts related to the amplifying of the standard Page Properties Report macro with the help of the Table Filter and Charts add-on.

If you are not familiar with the app, we can arrange a live demo for you to show how to solve your specific use cases - please choose suitable time here.

By the way, the app contains the Table Excerpt/Table Excerpt Include macros that work similar to the Page Properties Report macro (show page, parent page, space, labels, excerpt, author, last modifier, created, updated - any meta data you choose), but allow you to collect multiple-row tables.
