How to get static links to a date headline

when you create a headline with a date (per date picker), you can link to this headline, but the link is not unique to this concrete headline because it does not contain the whole date, but just a "-" (and if more than one date-headline exists) following by ".X" where X is a running number.
(appears only on published sites, at site preview everything is fine)

so if you change the order of headline, this link goes to another headline.

is there a solution to this with still using the date picker?
