How to get space-detail list for all spaces in a wiki 5.10

I would like to create an administrator page with a list of all the spaces in the Wiki with the Space Owner, Theme, and Last updated.   

I am not sure how to go about this with going to the Confluence Wiki Database and hunting down where these values are kept and then creating and an SQL to list them all out. 

We are currently using server version 5.10.  I am an Application Admin but have never created a page macro.

my suggestion is to write a custom Macro (https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/writing-user-macros-4485.html) that use confluence api.
