Hi,
I am trying to find a way to enable Anonymous Access on my company's Confluence. We'd like to have a public help center space, however all of the tutorials/instructions only tell me to scroll down to Anonymous Access in permissions or configuration, however, it's just not there. I've checked multiple tutorials, but had no luck in finding the settings. Standard plan is supposed to accommodate the public/anonymous users.
https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/set-up-public-access/ - this one mentions Anonymous access section, I do not have such option in settings.
https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/manage-global-permissions/ - same.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thank you.
My guess is that you have "public links" enabled. This is incompatible with anonymous access and when enabled, removes the anonymous access tab from permissions.

Hi, good guess! Thank you very much. This was indeed the setting blocking me from enabling anonymous access.

@Vojtěch PekárekI beleieve you will only see the settings if you have the permsissions to change the settings. Are you an admin or site-admin?

Hi @marc -Collabello--Phase Locked- I am site-admin. I originally just had the admin permission, but asked my colleague to get the site-admin status, however, it did not help.
