How to display confluence pages in a jira service desk portal for a custom field

When you write a word in the summary field of the service desk portal, you can have confluence pages according to the labels, but just in the summary field, how can we do that for another field, in this case description field.

Confluence pages will show depending on Request Type and the restrictions you set.  The word user is too general. You should set instead based on Request Type and the labels.
