How to display a search bar in knowledge base

When I, as the admin, go to my Knowledge Base, there is a search bar up top, and I can search for various KB articles.  But when a customer (non-admin) goes to there, he has no search bar.  We have a Service Desk page, and the customer can search from there, but if he wants to search again, he must go back to that first page.  Is there a way to add the search bar to every page for the customer user?

Hi @Will Wilson,

Based on the first screenshot it seems that your trial license expired. You need to renew it.

We have a 50 user license and it has not expired.
