How to disable rename a project

Project admin is able to change the project name in Jira , bitbucket and Confluence. Is there anything we can do to stop that?  They cannot change the key but they can change the name.

There is no way to prevent that unless you do it using a plugin. Project admins are supposed to administer the project and they should be able to change everything that doesn't impact other projects or the system itself.

In fact, there are feature requests to grant more permissions to project admins and some of that are already available now. For example, editing workflows that are not shared by other projects.
