How to create and landing page with multiple file headers that allows users to drag/drop

Problem:  I want to create a landing page that has multiple sections to drag and drop files.

Example:

Risks and Issue Excel File Repository

Box to drag and drop

Steering Committee File Repository

Box to drag and drop weekly Steering Committee files

Essentially enabling sub sections on the landing page to drag and drop files.

Appreciate any guidance here!
