How to create a printable document template on Confluence (e.g. a student report card)

Dear Team,

We are exploring a way through OOB features or plugins in Confluence to create a documentation template in confluence which could be saved as a PDF and printed.

It could be something similar to a student's progress report where we create a template which could be replicated into distinct pages for different students and saved as PDFs. Is there a marketplace plugin which could solve this problem ?

Do you mean something like this https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/create-a-template/

On confluence you can create space, as well as global templates, which can be used by users.

Hi @Sam Lucas I saw this post and am looking for a similar solution posted previously by Abhishek. In my case, I'm trying to re-create a set of Word documents in Confluence, as my company is looking to leverage Confluence more (and Google Drive/Microsoft Office less). I need to be able to:

• Either create one or more Templates, or be able to Clone a Page (i.e., treat a Page as a Template)
• Save as (or print to) PDF (and ideally to Word as well) with:
  • A cover page that has some graphics (side bars and a logo)
  • A table of contents (updated automatically if the content changes)
  • Page breaks
  • Page numbers and data classification marking at page bottom (e.g., footer)

I'm open to using built-in features (preferred) or paid-for plug-ins/add-ons.

Any help will be much appreciated!
