Hi @dv bhadram,

You can use the Pie Chart dashboard gadget of Jira. 

If you hover the mouse over the chart, it displays the percentage.

You should be able to generate the chart by Request Type field as well. Did you try this?

I couldn't find the request type option in Jira.

Isn't "Request type" a custom field in your Jira instance? If yes, what type does it have?

Please provide a screenshot with the custom field's definition and another one with the place where it is used.

As stated, Request Type, a.k.a. Customer Request Type field is a system field that cannot (yet) be used in gadgets:

You could create some custom field that is named Request Type and that stores some value based on Customer Request Type value (e.g. use automation to copy request type name/string into that custom field) which you could then use in your reports.

Hi,

It's not currently possible to add Customer Request Type field on Pie Chart macro or Jira dashboard gadgets.

I would suggest using some marketplace add-on (whether for Jira or Confluence) until this is implemented.
