How to convert a confluence 7.13.7 server app to the data center version? Currently, the custom plugin that I have created is working fine in the server version but not working in the data center version.

Note that there isn't a converter that just takes a Server app and magically converts it to a DC app.

Some (and that's npt a small "some" - it might even be a majority) will work fine as DC apps without needing to do any conversion.
But the doc @Dave Mathijs points to absolutely is the doc you need to read and digest in order to understand what you *might* need to do to make your app cluster-aware and scalable.
