I urgently need to report a problem to Atlassian, but when I go to their support site and create a case and try to submit one I cannot tod it. I constantly get the reoly Fill in a valid phone number. I have tried every format I can think of
I have reported bugs earlier with no problem.
How do I get in contact with Atlassian ?

that seems odd. I’ve never been required to enter a phone number before. Then again I haven’t posted a support ticket in a while. Just to be clear are you listed as a technical support for your Jira instance? That is required to be able to open a support ticket. Just for grins have you attempted this on another browser? Finally what issue are you having? Just wondering if the community can help.

Thabnk you for your answer, I have always needed to fill in that yes. I am registerd as technical support as I have raosed problems before.
The issue is related to security so I cannot raise it here
