To view the current technical contact for your Confluence license, log in to your My Atlassian account. This information is typically found in the My Atlassian portal, where your license is managed.

Simply visit my.atlassian.com and sign in with the account used to purchase the license. Once logged in, you will see a list of all products associated with your account.

Click on your Confluence Server license to see its details.

The technical contact information, including name and email address, can be found in the license details.

If you need to update the technical contact, access the license details again by going to my.atlassian.com and clicking on the Confluence Server license. From there, you can edit the contact information.

Please stop using AI to write answers, it makes too many mistakes.

The AI answers you've had before are broadly correct, but some of the detail is unhelpful and missing information.

To do this, you need to be named as one of the technical or billing contacts for your install.  (one AI told you that you have to log in with the account used to purchase it - that is wrong)

Log into my.atlassian.com and go to products, find your Confluence licence and descend into it.  You'll be able to see and edit all the technical and billing contacts for that licence them.

You do not need to "save any changes".
